These Terms & Conditions apply to use of waribuy.uk and to orders placed with WARIBUY. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Payment Methods page.

2. Eligibility and website use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to place an order. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access or submit false information.

3. Product information and options

We take reasonable care to display product names, descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, options, availability and prices accurately. Images are illustrative and natural materials may show reasonable variation. For a variable product, the customer must select the required colour, material, size or other option and review the resulting price before adding it to the basket.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, GBP, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Standard UK delivery is free. The total payable amount is shown before an order is submitted.

5. Orders and contract formation

Adding a product to the basket does not reserve it. After an order is submitted, we send an acknowledgement. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information is materially incorrect, a product is unavailable or fraud checks cannot be completed. Any collected amount for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Only payment methods displayed in the live checkout are available. Payment may require verification by the provider or card issuer. WARIBUY does not request complete card details by email or telephone.

7. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free. The order cut-off is 12:00 am, midnight, London time. Handling takes 1–2 business days, transit normally takes 2–3 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Full details are published in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. The customer pays change-of-mind return shipping; WARIBUY covers eligible return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect products. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Cancellations and changes

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or change. We will try to help, but changes cannot always be made after handling or dispatch begins. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Delivery risk and ownership

Risk passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer. Ownership passes when full payment has been received and delivery has occurred.

11. Faulty products

Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality as required by applicable law. Contact us if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

13. Privacy and intellectual property

Personal data is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. Website branding, original text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to WARIBUY unless stated otherwise. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer may also have rights to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
